Our Approach
Consultation
During this initial complimentary meeting we will work with you to develop a clear understanding of your ideal space. Our unique process ensures that the customer, design team and contractor collaborate as one to ensure a clear path to a successful project.
Design Development
This is a critical part of our process, allowing for collaboration between our design and contracting teams and resulting in a cohesive recommendation for how to best meet your project’s unique objectives.
Order of Magnitude Estimate
Based on the scope outlined during the initial consultation, we will create a rough estimate of cost to complete the project. Upon approval of this estimate, concept design would begin.
Drawing & Permitting
We will get granular with our design and submit detailed plans to the city / county for approval. While each governing body is slightly different, our familiarity and experience with various local building/planning departments often lends itself to an expedited timeline.
Concept Proposal
Our team will present a concept, cost proposal and contact in which you can feel confident. Once approved, we will begin outlining specific details around timeline and design.
Building
The vision becomes reality… everyone’s favorite phase. There is an almost magical quality to the air around a build site where an idea steadily grows into something tangible. Our team remains hands-on and available throughout the building phase of development and will work to make sure that you have no questions about our progress.
